Barcelona (1994) Ted and Fred are Americans plopped into Barcelona's airy splendor of wine, women and wrongs. Ted just wants to make a go fo work at his firm's overseas branch. Fred, a Navy advance man for the Sixth Fleet, wants nothing more than whatever comes his way. What comes to both is an escapade of romance, mix-ups, political flare-ups and clever dialogue.
